Crane Industrial Service Co Inc had the privilege of being part of the expansion of the Four Winds Field in South Bend, IN. Work started with the demolition of the current concourse in November 2024. Since then our union certified Ironworkers and Crane Operators have been working hard to get the stadium ready for the next phase.

The ballpark was originally built in 1987 and has been a pillar of community in the South Bend area since. The ballpark has undergone a few renovations over the years leading to it winning several awards including Ballpark Digest’s Best Ballpark in 2017. This latest renovation will expand seating capacity to 10,000 by adding on a second deck, several upgrades are planned for the area beyond the outfield.

On February 26, 2025 Crane Industrial took part in the Steel Topping ceremony. Several members of the community were present for the event, including South Bend Mayor James Mueller and the owner of the South Bend Cubs, Andrew Berlin.
